Vincent Munguia
Founder & CEO
Christian, Husband, Father and Founder
Vincent Munguia spent more than a decade on the front lines of business across multiple verticals, such as law, health, hospitality, and telecommunications. He has personally managed both inbound and outbound operations in B2B and B2C environments, mastering sales and leading teams in intake, collections, and retention.
His unique skill set proved indispensable when he realized that revenue and growth accelerate only when a sharp sales and marketing strategy merges with disciplined operational excellence. As a top talent consultant and freelancer, and later certified as a Maxwell Leadership Coach, Facilitator, and Trainer, Vincent fused Kaizen and Six Sigma principles with real-world, client-facing experience.
