After a simple data extraction from your system and a brief pre-review conference, we perform a comprehensive analysis of your data and operational controls using our proprietary software.  The confidentiality of your data is maintained throughout the process.

We confirm our findings, identify areas of opportunity, initiate recovery efforts and recommend appropriate corrections. 

From your perspective as our client, the process will flow effortlessly and without disruption.  Throughout the review, you will receive detailed updates, including our management report and an informative analysis of your procurement and vendor master files.  To minimize disruption in your workplace, we conduct the majority of the review off-site.
